Below are instructions on how to use the Coup d'œil sur l'année Website. You must enter as a first time user or a previously registered user. Areas identified in red have been translated; match corresponding letters for translations and/or explanations.

A		Welcome On this site, you can read about the workshops offered by Manitoba Education, Citizenship and Youth, register for those that interest you, consult your list of current registrations, and learn about any workshop changes or additions that might occur during the year. How to use the Navigation Bar
B		Search and Register Clicking on this icon takes you to a page where you can conduct a search for workshops that interest you by using one or more search criteria.
C		Workshop If you already know the number of the workshop that interests you, you can go directly to the workshop description by entering the number and clicking on the button marked “Register” (Inscription).
D		Your Profile Clicking on this button takes you to a page where you can enter your personal contact information. This feature will be enabled once you have registered for your first workshop.
E		Your Current Registrations You can find the list of workshops for which you are currently registered by clicking on this button.
F		Updates Clicking on this button will provide you with information on workshop changes or cancellations.
G		Help Use the Foire aux questions/Aide (Help) button to send us an e-mail message with any questions or comments you may have and we will be pleased to answer you.

FIRST TIME USERS - Recherche et inscription (Search and Register)

You may narrow your search by subject, grade, participants, date and/or location. If you know the title of the workshop you are looking for, select it from the list and click on the Recherche (Search) button.

Inscription (Registration)

A	Workshop All workshop titles are displayed in alphabetical order
B	Target Clientele
C	Grades
D	Resource Person
E	Contact Person
F	Description This is a short description of what the workshop is about. The location, date and workshop number are displayed in this area. You may take note of the workshop number and refer to it later.
G	Register Click on the Inscrivez-vous link to register for the selected workshop

When searching by subject, all workshops will be displayed in alphabetical order. Enter your e-mail address (H) and click on the Poursuivre l'inscription (Continue Registration) button to continue.

This step will take you to the registration screen (see below).

PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED USERS - Profil personnel (Your Profile)

When you click on Profil personnel (Your Profile) on the left nav bar, this screen appears. Enter your e-mail address and click on Consulter votre profil (View Your Profile)

Once your e-mail address is entered, you may view your profile.

If necessary, update information and click on Mettre votre profil à jour (Update Profile).

To verify which workshops you have registered for, click on the Liste de vos ateliers (Your Current Registrations). A list of all the workshops which you are currnently registered for will be displayed.
